| Within the scope of establishing the Linz Commuter Traffic Hub, the Linz Linien GmbH was responsible for building the Tram underpass at the Central Railway Station.
Thanks to this project, supra-regional and regional rail traffic are directly linked with the main public transport axis of the City of Linz and all local tram lines directly connected with the Central Station. At the same time, the Linz Central Station was rebuilt and a new Regional Service Centre set up beside of it.
